Our Approach
A single engagement, from analysis to operation.
Every mandate begins with your commercial objective and the specific conditions of the territory — never with a standard package. Scope, deliverables and accountability are defined before work starts.
Analysis and execution under one accountable team.
- 01
Scope
We establish the commercial objective behind the expansion, the constraints your organisation is working within, and the capacity your management can realistically commit. The engagement scope, deliverables, governance and reporting line are agreed in writing before work begins.
- 02
Assess
We test the territory against the factors that determine outcomes: demand and competitive position, regulatory and tax treatment, labour market and cost base, supply chain and route to market. Findings are presented as a reasoned recommendation with the assumptions and risks made explicit.
- 03
Structure
We select and design the entry model — legal form, ownership, tax and financing — with local counsel and tax advisers, and translate it into an implementation plan with a costed budget, critical path and milestone schedule.
- 04
Implement
We deliver the establishment programme: incorporation, banking, registrations, premises, licensing, supplier and partner appointment, and first management hires. All local counterparties are appointed, instructed and coordinated by our engagement team.
- 05
Transition
We transfer the operation to your management with documented processes, a compliance calendar and financial controls in place, and remain engaged through the first operating cycles to review performance and address what the plan did not anticipate.
Calibrated to the mandate.
These phases describe how a full expansion mandate is typically delivered rather than a fixed methodology applied uniformly. Clients engage us for a discrete workstream — a feasibility study, a structuring opinion, a leadership search — or for the complete programme. In either case, deliverables, timetable, budget, responsibilities and the reporting line into your leadership are agreed and documented before commencement.
