    Market assessment & feasibility

Before capital is committed, leadership needs a defensible view of whether a territory supports the business case.

We size addressable demand, map competitive intensity and pricing, model the operating cost base, assess the regulatory, tax and labour environment, and test route-to-market and supply chain viability. The output is an investment-grade entry case: required investment, timeline to operation, risk profile and expected return under stated assumptions.

  • 02

    Entry strategy & structuring

The entry model determines liability, tax exposure, repatriation of profit and the ability to hire and contract locally.

We evaluate the options — branch, subsidiary, joint venture, acquisition or distribution — against the operating model you intend to run, and design the corresponding legal, ownership, tax and financing structure with local counsel and tax advisers. Structuring decisions are documented and stress-tested against a three-to-five-year view of the business.

  • 03

    Establishment & programme delivery

Establishment is a multi-workstream programme in which each decision constrains the next.

We manage incorporation, banking and treasury onboarding, premises, licensing and permits, insurance, tax and social registrations and supplier selection as a single plan — with defined milestones, a controlled budget, risk and issue tracking, and one accountable engagement lead. Local counsel, accountants and specialists are appointed and coordinated by us, not by your management.

  • 04

    Leadership & organisational build

The performance of a new operation is largely set by its first appointments.

We define the local operating structure and mandates, recruit and onboard country leadership and key functional hires, and implement compliant employment contracts, payroll, benefits and performance frameworks under local law — remaining engaged through the first operating cycles to support the incoming management team.

  • 05

    Operational relocation & offshoring

Relocating production, service or back-office functions is fundamentally a continuity exercise.

We design and deliver the transfer: phasing and cutover planning, knowledge capture and transfer, workforce and mobility arrangements, supplier transition, quality assurance and contingency planning — with service levels and output maintained throughout the migration.
